Which surfactants should I use?

In reference experiments a combination of DI water combined with 2% v/v Tween 20 or Tween 80 was used. The oil used was Silicone oil 5cSt.

Micronit hydrophobic coated Glass Droplet generators are tested with the combination of Emulseo FluoSurf™-O surfactant and Emulseo Fluo-Oil™ and good results are obtained.
