We ship by UPS . Shipment on your organizations UPS or FedEx account is also possible, in this case an administrative surcharge of €20 will apply.

Aim is to ship within a week, however some products are make to order. In most cases a few more days apply before the products to arrive at the country of destination. In case of catalogue products which are made to order additional lead time might apply. This is indicated on the product page.

Shipments are sent from the Netherlands (EEA). Import duties apply only outside the EEA. We usually ship DAP — shipping and insurance included, but import fees are your responsibility. Provide your tax/VAT ID at checkout for smooth customs clearance. If you use your own FedEx/UPS account, FCA terms apply. See "Read More" for details.
