Where are the C4D electrodes located?
The electrodes for C4D are located on the top surface of the chip, where also the inlet holes are located. There’s no direct liquid contact. The glass thickness between the electrodes and the channel is about 100 µm.
The electrodes are from Platinum, with a layer thickness around 180µm.
