Pack of 3 focused flow droplet generator chips with a nozzle size of 20µm and hydrophobic coating. For generation of water-in-oil droplets or emulsions. For use in combination with our topconnect interfacing. 

--The characteristics of this products are not yet fully known, for that reaosn it's labled as Beta product. Performance will be in between the performance of 10µm and  50µm nozzle size--

Pack of 3 focused flow droplet generators. The channels have an oval shape and the design fetaures a nozzle with a height of 20µm and a width of 29µm which is located in the exit channel at the junction. 

Nozzle location

Around the junction, the channels have a height of 33µm and a width of 38µm. The inlet/outlet channels have a height of 33µm and a width of 300µm.

This design doesn't includes on-chip filters. It's recommended to use external in-line filters.

Does those droplet generators work well with Emulseo surfactants and Oils?
Micronit hydrophobic coated Glass Droplet generators are tested with the combination of Emulseo FluoSurf-O™ surfactant and Emulseo FluoOil™ 7500 oil and good results are obtained.
Can I apply a hydrophobic coating myself using Emulseo Fluo-ST3™ surface treatment?
The combination of Micronit glass droplet generators and Emulseo Fluo-ST3™ surface treatment is tested and works well.
