Paul Schipper is known for his strategic vision and operational excellence. With a robust background in P&L management, he has led significant growth and innovation across multiple industries. His tenure at companies like H+H Deutschland, 247TailorSteel, and Lhoist highlights his ability to drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and manage complex integrations. Paul’s expertise is further supported by his MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Twente University.

Marko Blom, Chief Technology Officer, has been with Micronit since 2005 and was appointed CTO in April 2011. Previously, he was a Research Scientist at Polymer Laboratories, now Agilent Technologies. Marko oversees Micronit's technology roadmap and has extensive expertise in microfluidics and MEMS applications. He holds a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the University of Twente, specializing in microfabrication, microfluidics, and analytical techniques.

Marc van den Broeke, leads Micronit's Sales and Marketing departments and shapes the company's commercial strategy. Marc brings extensive experience in commercial leadership, global project management, and strategic business development. His expertise in building client-focused strategies and driving growth positions him as a key contributor to Micronit's commercial success.

Ivar Kappen became Finance Director at Micronit in December 2021, overseeing all financial and IT processes. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Control from Nyenrode Business University and an Executive Master’s degree from the University of Groningen. With 15 years of experience as a (Business) Controller at various international industrial companies, including over eight years at Nedmag Industries, Ivar is well-prepared for his role at Micronit.

Ingemar Methorst, Human Resources Director at Micronit since 2019, oversees strategic personnel planning, performance management, and staff development. Previously, she was Senior HR Manager at Xsens and International Mobility Manager at Thales. With over 20 years of experience in high-tech international environments, Ingemar specializes in Change Management and HR development. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Science and Technology from the University of Twente.

Aernout Bisschop, Director of Manufacturing, joined Micronit in August 2021. He leads the Operations Department, focusing on streamlining processes. Previously, he was Plant Manager at Diversey and spent over 10 years at Malvern Panalytical, working with high-tech analytical devices. Aernout holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from the University of Hull and is trained as a technical business administrator.
